Privacy Policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the official policy. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
K-Biz Visa, the website of the administrative agent office registered in Korea as 케이비자센터행정사사무소 (we, us), sets out this policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect your personal information and handle related concerns.
We do not offer accounts, payments or marketing emails on our website. We handle personal information only as needed for inquiries, for work you engage us for, and for running the website.
1. Why we use your information
We use personal information only for the purposes below. If a purpose changes, we will tell you in advance and ask for any consent needed under Article 18 of the Act.
- Handling inquiries: reading your inquiry, replying to you, and deciding which area of consultation it belongs to.
- Doing work you engage us for: carrying out that administrative work and keeping the records required by law.
- Running the website: delivering the site and managing usage records.
We read and answer inquiries because you asked us to (Article 15(1)4 of the Act). Using the contact form is up to you, and you can also call our Busan office at +82-51-731-1151 or our Gimhae office at +82-55-313-1345.

You can send an inquiry without filling in the optional fields.
3. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: kept for one year after our last reply and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your inquiry earlier, we will do so without delay.
- If you engage us: we keep the work register required by the Certified Administrative Agents Act for one year, as set by its Enforcement Decree, and other work records for the periods set by the relevant laws.
- Usage records: kept for as long as needed to run the website and then deleted.
4. How we delete it
- When the retention period ends or the purpose is met, we delete the information without delay. If another law requires us to keep it, we store it separately from other personal information.
- We delete electronic files in a way that cannot be recovered, and shred or burn paper documents.
- Our privacy officer checks that deletion is done.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not give your personal information to third parties. The only exceptions are cases the Act allows, such as when you consent or a law specifically requires it.
6. Outsourcing of processing
- To receive inquiries and run the website (including hosting), we may entrust part of the processing to outside specialist providers.
- When we do, we set out in writing, as required by Article 26 of the Act, that the provider may not use the information for other purposes, must keep it secure, may not subcontract without permission, is subject to our supervision and is liable for damage. We supervise how the provider handles the information.
- If what we outsource or who we outsource to changes, we will update this policy.
7. Sensitive information and identification numbers
- At the inquiry stage, we do not collect resident registration numbers, passport numbers, alien registration numbers, or copies of passports or residence cards.
- We also do not collect sensitive information such as health or criminal records. The contact form asks you not to enter it.
- If we later need identification numbers or sensitive information for work you engage us for, we will first confirm the legal basis, or tell you separately and get your consent.
8. Children under 14
We do not, as a rule, collect personal information from children under 14. If it is necessary, for example in a family invitation case, we will get consent from a parent or legal guardian.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
- Our website does not use cookies, visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
- The contact form may save your answers in your browser while you fill it in.
- You can block cookies and site data in your browser settings. You can still read the information pages on the website.
10. How we protect your information
We take the steps below to keep personal information safe.
- Secure transfer: the website and contact form use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Access control: we limit access to personal information to the minimum number of people who need it for their work.
11. Your rights
- You can ask us to let you see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it.
- Send your request in writing or by phone to our privacy officer (section 13). We will act within the period set by law and tell you the result.
- A legal representative or someone you authorize can make the request for you, with a letter of authorization.
- You cannot ask us to delete information that another law requires us to keep. Requests to see information or stop processing may be limited or refused where the law allows, and we will tell you why.
- We will check that the person making the request is you or your authorized representative.
